Expansion Hy.tech Euro have recently moved to a new production facility in Newbury, with the potential for 7,000 sq.ft. of production floor. Planned expansion will mean the introduction of Polydome, Accuform™, Laser Cutting, Die Cutting and machining capabilities within the UK facility.

Close Working Relationships Hy.tech prides itself on the close working relationships it has with all our customers, this is mirrored in the relationship between the groups within Hy.tech World Wide and allows a seamless transition of projects between the companies. Good communication is critical for the successful completion of projects. We continually exchange personnel, which builds their experience and creates friendly co-operation within the groups. The technical expertise that Hy.tech USA has, allows us to achieve a fast and technically accurate response to inquiries. Our tooling capabilities mean that we can offer a fast prototyping service on the most complex of products. Electronic links between the two companies mean that CAD file transfers are made simply and quickly.
Fast Turnaround We offer a same day forming service which allows our customers to meet their tight deadlines. Our typical production lead time is 3 days (including receipt and dispatch days).
File Transfer We work with AutoCad LT2000i for drawing information linked to e-mail so that a drawing showing part specifications can be turned into tooling production data the day it is sent. For the more complex IMD forming projects we work with IGES files, allowing the accurate transfer of mould cavity data - critical for the production of this type of tooling.
