This technique allows large numbers of Tactile domes, including circuit tracks and shielding, to be Thermoformed in one sheet of polyester material. Assembly of a single dome layer is faster than individual steel dome inserts. The Polydome process is a thermoforming system and creates a form that is stable at elevated temperatures.
